Use of ATSMatch AI
ATSMatch AI provides AI-powered resume tailoring and ATS analysis tools designed to help users generate resume-related content based on submitted resume text and job description content. You may use ATSMatch AI only for lawful personal or professional job application purposes.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, upload false or misleading information, interfere with app functionality or security, reverse engineer or copy the service, abuse usage limits or subscription systems, or upload harmful, malicious, or unauthorized content.
AI-Generated Content
ATSMatch AI uses AI systems to generate ATS analysis, resume suggestions, tailored summaries, cover letters, and keyword recommendations. AI-generated outputs are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, formatting issues, or inappropriate suggestions. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before submitting job applications or sharing content externally.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and lawful resume information, reviewing all AI-generated outputs, ensuring submitted applications are truthful, maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, and complying with applicable employment and privacy laws. ATSMatch AI is not responsible for employment outcomes resulting from use of generated content.
Account and Access
Some features may require account access or subscription status. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity occurring under your account. We may suspend or restrict access if terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, usage abuse occurs, or security risks are identified.
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may require paid access through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable app store platform. Billing, payment processing, refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are governed by the policies of the respective app store provider. ATSMatch AI does not directly process or store full payment card information.
Usage Limits
Free and paid plans may include usage limitations, including limits on ATS tailoring sessions, resume generations, PDF exports, and AI processing requests. Usage limits may change as the service evolves. Attempts to bypass usage restrictions may result in account suspension.
Intellectual Property
ATSMatch AI and its related branding, interface, workflows, and software are owned by ATSMatch AI or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute the application, resell the service, reproduce proprietary content, or use ATSMatch AI branding without permission. Users retain ownership of the resume content they upload.
Privacy
Your use of ATSMatch AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, processed, and stored.
Service Availability
ATSMatch AI may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continuous access to the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATSMatch AI shall not be liable for employment outcomes, hiring decisions, ATS ranking results, lost opportunities, lost income, data loss, service interruptions, AI-generated inaccuracies, or use of ATSMatch AI at your own discretion and risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATSMatch AI from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violations of these Terms, uploaded content, or use of AI-generated outputs.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Updated versions will be posted within the application or related pages. Continued use of ATSMatch AI after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where ATSMatch AI operates, unless otherwise required by local law.
