When you use ATSMatch AI, we may collect resume text, uploaded resume content, job descriptions, ATS analysis results, missing keyword analysis, tailored resume outputs, tailored summaries, generated cover letters, and PDF export records.
We may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, including device type, operating system, app version, feature interaction events, error logs, and basic analytics information. This information helps improve app functionality, reliability, and user experience.
We use collected information to generate ATS analysis and tailored resume outputs, provide AI-generated resume suggestions, generate summaries and cover letters, enable PDF export functionality, manage subscriptions and usage limits, improve app performance, monitor reliability and security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising resale purposes.
ATSMatch AI uses third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, to process resume and job description content for AI-generated outputs. Resume and job description text may be securely transmitted to AI providers, and providers may temporarily process submitted content to generate outputs.
AI-generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. ATSMatch AI does not intentionally use uploaded resumes to identify users or make automated hiring decisions.
We may store resume sessions, generated ATS outputs, usage records, subscription status, and account-related information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain app functionality, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. We may periodically delete inactive or outdated records.
ATSMatch AI does not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third-party providers only when necessary to operate the service, including AI service providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, subscription and payment platforms, infrastructure providers, and security providers.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases may be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. ATSMatch AI does not directly store full payment card information. Billing, renewals, refunds, and payment processing are governed by the policies of the applicable app store provider.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid uploading highly sensitive personal information unless necessary.
